A good topic that you can choose can be rationalization in which you can use an example of her saying that she is justifying herself that she fell in to this imaginary world when in reality it could just be her and her illusions.
That could be an interesting topic but you are going to need alot to support that. Simply because Alice is a child and there is a thin line between a vivid imagination and crazy altogether.
